Disable Login Lock Screen of Windows 8 or 10

1. Start the Window registry editor (regedit)

2. Navigate to 
     HKLM\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\Personalization

   If you do not see the Personalization key,
   a.  right-click the Windows key above it,
   b.  select New -> Key.
   c.  right-click in the right pane and create a new DWORD 
       value named 
         NoLockScreen
   d. Set its value to 1. (on)

3. Close the registry editor.

To re-enable the lock screen in the future, either delete the 
NoLockScreen value from your registry or set it to 0. (off)
