Stop Installation of Windows 10 Personal Computer Health Check (PCHC)  (as of 10/27/21)

1. Start Windows
2. Using Notepad, type the lines below.
3. Save as winfix.reg
4. Create a desktop shortcut to winfix.reg
5. Run the shortcut.
6. Run regedit to verify that the entry has been installed.
7. Close regedit.
