Clear a Windows Printer Queue

Persistently stuck documents in the printer queue don't delete in the
See What's Printing window. The following routine will delete them.

1.  Start > Programs > Accessories > R-mouse on 'Command Prompt' and 
    choose 'Run as administrator.'

2.  net stop spooler
    del /F /q  %SYSTEMROOT%\system32\spool\PRINTERS\*.*
    net start spooler
